ON PARK:
THERE ARE 22 STATICS AND 4 LONG TERM TOURERS ON SITE, THE STATICS ARE ALL PRIVATELY OWNED, EACH WITH ITS OWN DECKING
GENERAL TERMS
The Park is open from mid March to the end of October, gas is supplied from a bulk tank and electricity and gas are metered with accounts payable in november caravans are initially granted a 10 year licence and thereafter renewed annually provided they are well maintained and visually acceptable
dogs are permitted but must be on a lead at all times when on park.
Site fees for the 2025 season are £3150 for statics and £2200 for seasonal tourers

Resident family owners
Heated covered swimming pool (May -September)
Laundry room with commercial machines
Shower block for tourers with free on demand hot water
Club house for social gatherings
Parking by caravans
